Plaintiff- interview injured client /or representative of an estate to identify additional providers before depositions
Review Insurance/Medicare charges to obtain missing records
Obtain medical records for up to ten years before alleged malpractice/injury to determine client credibility and or plaintiff partially responsible for any adverse event or complication.
Obtain request for authorization from the plaintiff for additional; providers with attorney.
Timely acquisition of medical records before depositions. Check records for completeness – request missing records from ancillary departments
Check ancillary records such as pharmacy, autopsy, alternative medicine, policy and procedure , staffing documents.
Check for updated records from known providers periodically updated
Check new providers if applicable
